Shinigami Skills: (recruits will have low skill levels in all of them, though you can begin to so show some sort of mastery in one)
Hohou: (Shunpo) [flash step in English dub] Yoruichi Shihōin was given the title "Goddess of the Flash" (瞬神, Shunshin), as she is Master in the Bleach Universe for shunpo.
Zanjutsu: (how well you fight with a sword, Kenpachi Zaraki is a good example)
Hakuda: Hand-to-Hand Combat Mashiro is a good example of someone that relays on it
